We're updating our communication

The Upper
Midwest Chapter of the Exhibit Designers &
Producers has installed an HTML e-mail system. We will
be doing our meeting invites and updates by e-mail now.
There are two mailing lists for members:

There is a list of primary contacts for each member company which is set up by the association based on our billing records. This list will be used only to update the primary contact about official business, policy changes, upcoming elections, or any other updates that the members need to know about. You have received this because you are listed as the primary contact. If you would like another individual to be listed as this contact please let us know. |

There is also a general mailing list for invitations to meetings, events, and for any updates the general membership needs to know about. We promise not to spam you, or to divulge this information. Check out our privacy policy. Anyone in your company that should receive these mailings should go to our mailing list sign up to make sure they are a member. This list allows for automated deletions and additions, and, after a period of time, will require authentication by the user after signing up to insure that no one is getting information they do not wish. |

We will be discontinuing
the fax invites we have used in the past
and switching over to the new system soon, so it is imperative
that anyone that would like to continue to receive invites and
